Why Puur PSR

Ten reasons it gets specified.

Want the concrete look without pouring a new slab? That's where PSR comes in. A thin overlay with natural character, and practical answers to the questions that matter.

01

Just 6mm thick

A genuine cementitious finish without a new concrete slab. Optimum thickness is 6mm, within a 4–12mm range. We check the full build-up, weight and thresholds.

02

Keep the right base

Existing screed, tiles, ply, cement boards or raised access floors may be suitable. We check stability, moisture and preparation first.

03

Think big

Pours up to 1,000m² give large spaces a continuous look. The base, movement joints and layout decide what's possible.

04

Built for busy spaces

Polymer-modified and heavily fibre-reinforced. Made for the demands of shops, offices and other well-used spaces.

05

Not just grey

Choose any RAL Classic or NCS colour and approve a physical sample. Natural shade and patina variation are part of the finish.

06

Grip matters

The regular finish is rated R12 dry and R11 wet. We'll help choose the right finish for the area, including anti-slip options.

07

A plan before the pour

We agree preparation, curing, sealing and protection with your team, including when the floor can be used. No guesswork on handover day.

08

Less grid. More floor.

No tile grout grid breaking up the space. Movement joints still matter and need to be included in the design.

09

Take the look further

PSR is for floors. Our separate Microcrete system can coordinate walls, stair risers and details. Each surface gets its own specification and sample approval.

10

Simple to look after

We seal the floor and explain how to clean it. Deal with spills promptly; traffic and sealer wear will determine when it needs resealing.
