Your enquiry
We collect your name, email and project message, plus any company, phone, role, floor area, sample choice or files you include. We use them to answer your enquiry, discuss the project and prepare samples or estimates. Preparing a requested estimate may be necessary before entering a contract. For other enquiry correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business requests.
Drawings and photographs
Your files go into private storage through Lovable Cloud. Our enquiry notification includes download links that last seven days. An expired link does not delete the stored file or a copy we’ve downloaded. Please only send files you’re authorised to share, without sensitive personal information.
Visualiser uploads
When you generate a visual, your photo and chosen finish go to an AI image-processing service through Lovable. Please keep identifiable people and confidential material out of the photo. The result is an illustration, not a colour standard or specification.
Services and retention
We use service providers for hosting, file storage, email delivery and AI processing. We may also keep project correspondence and downloaded files in our business systems. Before sharing confidential material, ask us how long it will be kept, how our providers process it and whether international transfers apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Where applicable, you can also ask us to restrict processing or object to it. Email us at the address above. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
